    I feel lost and disconnected with people.. Even though im in a crowd i feel lonely.. I have lot of friends.. I socialise yet i feel ditatched with people..but sometimes i feel like i want to be with people.. N sometimes i feel like being left alone.. Im insomniac.. I rarely get good sleep.. N its been like this for almost 5 years.. Although its become worse for the past 2 years.. I dont know what to do

    here u show me symptoms of mood swings ……for insomnia try yoga before sleeping and u can take any prefessional help if u find that u really find it hard even after yoga.

    having mood swings to this extent! Is it normal? What about the emotional detachment?

    Yup its normal many people have mood swings but its not healthy…….emotional detachement is the product of ur mood swing. When u feel low, depressed u want to remain alone……right?

    Not exactly.. Im happier when im left alone..talking to people just exhausts me..even though im around people i dont feel like a part of that crowd.. I have difficulty in connecting with people emotionally.. I normally run away from relations..when im down i like to be left alone is true in a lot of cases.. But i feel low when im in a crowd..

    hi Amy, its not the problem of only your’s ,its common with many and don’t worry it is not a problem. it depends how u take the situation. For the people who talks less will have this kind of problem including me also but in past. You are going to think that others wanted to notice u for good thing and u are hobiously a shy person and wanted to expose your feelings with others and there is no need of any medical treatments for this. it is just a small negative behavior that will be naturally go out as time passes. and don’t think about it more it will be there for sometimes only and once i u will realize that even it is not a problem. If u have any doubt or question then u can ask me.

    yes the happiness u feel when u are alone is called momentary relief. Its an ex of short time happiness. But in the long run u can be more happy and satisfied when u develop good emotional connect with ur family members and friends. Like people who drink cigarettes feel very happy when they do so but in the long run it may destroy their lungs. u enjoy being alone right but u might not enjoy it in the long run. So it would better off to treat this habit of mood swings. Would suggest u to be serious about this problem and learn to interact more with people especially when u feel low or left alone. If u are not able to help urself take some proffessional help.
