lately from like 1/2 weeks I don’t feel hungry at all and when I am hungry and try to eat after eating just a little I don feel like eating. My time table randomly change most of the time.
I am a little bit more worried because from last 2 months I have been smoking a lot of weed(before that I only smoked sometimes) and also I completed my college and looking for a job, this anxiety and tension might also be also a reason.
so how do I regain my appetite
