In my role as a psychologist, I see myself as constantly evolving and dedicated to learning, all with the ultimate aim of helping individuals reach their fullest potential without altering their core identity.
I bring to the table 3-4 years of experience in the field, during which I have had the opportunity to become well-versed in a range of therapeutic modalities. These encompass Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, interpersonal therapy, art therapy, dance movement therapy, among others. Each of these approaches equips me with a diverse toolkit to address the various aspects of psychological well-being.
Nonetheless, I firmly hold the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in psychology. Each person is a unique individual, possessing their own distinct qualities and life experiences. Consequently, it would be unjust to employ uniform therapy techniques and strategies for all clients. Instead, my philosophy revolves around the idea of carefully assessing the distinct needs of each client and crafting a personalized treatment plan that is specifically tailored to their unique circumstances.
Through acknowledging and embracing the uniqueness of each person who seeks my guidance, my aim is to provide them with the most effective and empathetic pathway towards personal growth and emotional well-being.
