About Prabhnoor

I’m Prabhnoor, and I work as a psychologist specializing in counseling and psychotherapy.

My journey into psychology began during my eleventh-grade studies. I completed my undergraduate degree at Delhi University and continued my education with graduate studies at Amity University Noida. After earning my master’s degree, I decided to focus on family therapy, leading me to work with couples and families. However, I soon realized there was something missing in my approach. This realization led me to become an EFT trainer, a decision I’ve found to be highly rewarding.

Currently, I’m pursuing a diploma from the Gottman Institute in the USA, specializing in relationship and couples therapy. I’ve already completed Level 2 and have embarked on the next level. I reside in New Delhi with my dog in a joint family.

People often inquire about what drew me to psychology and motivated my decision to study it.

When I delved into the field of psychology, it opened up entirely new perspectives for me. I gained valuable knowledge and established connections with fellow professionals in my field, which greatly appealed to me.

I consider myself an ambitious and creative individual who takes pride in helping others find solutions to improve their lives. I’m a dedicated worker who embraces challenges and is genuinely passionate about my work.

Beyond psychology, I have a passion for baking and would be delighted to chat about it. This is a personal aspect of my life that you wouldn’t typically find on my CV. Additionally, I enjoy reading and am always open to book recommendations.

To sum it up, effective communication is one of my strengths, and I’m always eager to listen and engage in meaningful conversations.
