About Himani

I am Himani, Psychologist and I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University. I’m a member of the Counsellors Council of India. My professional background includes three years of experience in a psychiatric facility and one year in a De-addiction Center. I’ve also completed Level 2 training in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Along my journey, I’ve participated in numerous psychology workshops and conducted workshops for corporate settings.

My area of expertise encompasses therapies such as CBT, DBT, Harm Reduction, and relaxation techniques. I specialize in conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, administering psychometric tests for adults and children, and assisting clients in improving their mental well-being. My focus extends to areas including Anxiety Management, Stress Management, Relationship Management, De-addiction, Depression, Phobias, and OCD.

My career objective is to work in a challenging field where I can continue to learn and contribute my strengths and knowledge to achieve the goals of the organization. I seek personal growth and career satisfaction in this pursuit. I possess qualities like an open-minded approach, patience, emotional stability, effective communication skills, active listening abilities, a strong work ethic, time management proficiency, adaptability, multitasking skills, and empathy. My fundamental belief is in providing healthcare that prioritizes meeting patient needs with compassion and care.

In contemporary Indian society, approaching a psychologist can still be seen as taboo. Many individuals do not realize that in today’s fast-paced world, it’s challenging for anyone to find time to address their problems, whether they stem from family, friends, or colleagues.

Everyone faces difficulties in life, and reaching out to a psychologist is a positive approach to dealing with these challenges. It’s a way to seek guidance and support for the issues individuals encounter. My mission is to assist as many people as possible on their journey towards improved mental well-being without hesitation or fear.
